ASPIRANTWAVE GLOBAL EDUCATION has arrangements (directly/indirectly) with universities and educational institutions. ASPIRANTWAVE earns commission after successful enrollment of a student in a University/Institution, as per their norms and our service agreements.

We may charge service fees for specific services like application processing, document preparation, visa assistance, and consultation services. All fees will be clearly communicated before service commencement.

• User holds ASPIRANTWAVE non-liable to any liabilities including financial penalties in case the user's mobile number is registered with Do not Call (DNC) database

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold ASPIRANTWAVE GLOBAL EDUCATION harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities and costs arising from your use of our services.

Eligibility

• Persons who are "competent/capable" of contracting within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 shall be eligible to use our services
• Minors may use our services only through their legal guardian or parents
• By using our services you warrant that all data provided is accurate and complete

Prohibited Content

• Students authorize ASPIRANTWAVE GLOBAL EDUCATION as their agent for applications and admission-related services
• Students agree to change their agent to ASPIRANTWAVE in case another agent was previously authorized
• We provide guidance but final decisions rest with the student and educational institutions

B. University Applications

• We assist with application preparation and submission to universities
• Students must provide accurate and complete information
• We are not responsible for admission decisions made by universities
• Application fees paid to universities are non-refundable

C. Visa Assistance

• We provide guidance for visa applications but do not guarantee visa approval
• Visa decisions are solely at the discretion of respective embassies/consulates
• Students must ensure all documents provided are genuine and accurate

D. Loan Assistance

• We facilitate connections with financial institutions for education loans
• Loan sanction depends on applicant's eligibility and lender's criteria
• We do not guarantee loan approval or specific interest rates
• Processing time depends on financial institution's procedures

E. Accommodation Services

• We assist in finding suitable accommodation in destination countries
• Final booking and payment arrangements are between student and accommodation provider
• We are not responsible for the quality or condition of accommodation

V. Payments

Official Payment Channels

• All payments must be made through official ASPIRANTWAVE payment channels
• We do not require payments in any individual's personal bank accounts
• Any payments for applications, deposits, or service packages must be made through authorized channels

Service Fees

• Service fees will be clearly communicated before service commencement
• Fees may be charged for consultation, application processing, document preparation, and other services
• All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy
• All refunds will be processed net of applicable taxes
• Refund eligibility depends on the nature of service and circumstances

VI. Term & Termination

Duration

• This Agreement will remain in full force and effect until terminated
• We have the right to immediately terminate your access in case of non-compliance

User Obligations

• Users shall clear any outstanding dues for services procured
• Users must comply with all terms and conditions and our privacy policy

Termination Rights

• ASPIRANTWAVE shall not be liable for any termination of access to services
• We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of terms

VII. Data Protection & Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

VIII. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay in compliance with any obligations when caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
